Edinburgh Playhouse send porno DVDs to kids!

The Playhouse Theatre in Edinburgh has been rather Wicked this week and it’s not because of their headlining show.  Children as young as ten were sent pornographic DVDs for their viewing pleasure.

Playhouse-WickedOne father described the DVDs as absolute filth, which begs the question, with so much now banned in the making of British porn, where did the Playhouse manage to find something so raunchy?

The children in question were attendees of a summer school and the much delayed delivery of DVDs presumably showed the results of their stage acting so many months ago.  As you can imagine, families were eager to see their little darlings on their 50 inch plasma screens.

Of course, this was entirely accidental and not actually the fault of the Playhouse theatre at all.  It appears that the mix up occurred at another company, Edithouse, who were duplicating and packaging the DVDs on behalf of the Playhouse.

All parties involved are of course very apologetic but Geek Scot has to wonder, for all those in the privacy of their homes sitting down to watch some proper British, pornographic filth, what are they getting on their screens instead?
